Origami Butterfly
Time:
A good couple of hours
Instead of:
Textiles coursework
I'm doing it because:
I want to make a portfolio to try and get into a graphics design course and i want a good example of my attempts at origami diagramming because the wishing star one is ugly.
Really I'm doing it because:
The dog and parent is away so i have the computer to myself + no reasons to get dressed (like dog walking), I actully made a photo stream version like with the origami napkin fish but all the photos were too rubbish to use and face it, this or textiles coursework.
Programme used:
Serif Drawplus X3 is beyond awesome!
please point out typos/things that could be made clearer/missed bits/unicorns
Thank you

Somerset
Just back from my cottage getaway in Somerset.
I am exhausted. I hardly slept at all last night because it was hot, i kept nearly falling off my bed and i had to get up early to get home.
By early, it means i didn't get my looong lie in.
That aside, i got plenty of shopping done!
I have my new dog wellies (for use on particularly wet walks) and i love them!
They are by
Cath Kidston
. I'm not very fond of her stuff, so it was nice to find something without giant vintage roses plastered all over it.
I found them in the delightful
Look at my crazy shoes
store in Glastonbury. Sadly, they have a pitiful selection on the website, i suggest you visit them in person!
In the same shop (it was a very delightful shop) i found this new tee:
i love it! It's a loonnngg tee as well, which i've been craving for quite some time. It's safe to say that
Numph
get my approval for such a good buy!
Love it!
Sadly, i found i'm growing out of my old black converses. Great, now i'm a size 6...
Still, thought i could lease some new life into them and try and drag them through a few more months, i love them so.
I brought some pretty ribbon and laced them up ladder style. Also fixed it so there's a little bow on the side. They are much looser now - there's life in them yet!
Hmm, what else to mention? Ahh yes, music.
I've been listening to NW5 on the The Liberty of Norton Folgate by Madness.
It's such an amazing album, but that song stood out to me so much.
Cheerio, the puppy's coming back from his holiday home
Oh, & Ignore any differences in the website, i'm sorting out things.
