Origami Butterfly

Time: A good couple of hours
Instead of: Textiles coursework
I'm doing it because: I want to make a portfolio to try and get into a graphics design course and i want a good example of my attempts at origami diagramming because the wishing star one is ugly.
Really I'm doing it because: The dog and parent is away so i have the computer to myself + no reasons to get dressed (like dog walking), I actully made a photo stream version like with the origami napkin fish but all the photos were too rubbish to use and face it, this or textiles coursework.
Programme used: Serif Drawplus X3 is beyond awesome!

please point out typos/things that could be made clearer/missed bits/unicorns

Farmer boy and the witch princess

Finally bothered to draw something half decent after having a hankering for it all week . This is Harvest Moon fan art (or farm art if you're more of a pun person) of the main farm boy and the Witch princess. Looking happy. Just because.

On my current harvest moon file, Reaper is married to Lumina with a son called Eddie. Once Eddie is a child, i plan on starting a new file so he stays looking adorable forever! On the new file i plan on marrying the witch princess.

Eeeek!! Remember ages back, on my first ever blog post i wrote about the DS file backerupper thingy?
Well, i ran a few ebay searches and....


brought one! It's not the gametech one, but one by EMS.
It was a little hard to get the hang of, but after reading through the user manual (like, properly. Word for word.) it now works like a charm

I tested it out on my Animal crossing town: I backed up the save file on the computer. On the DS, i then deleted my town (whilst praying for this to work). Using the programme again, i downloaded my town onto the DS cart.
And it worked!! The game didn't freak out, just loaded it like it had been there all along.
Hurray!!
I am so happy!
